I'm super fortunate to have Vellus to help me dye my hair and make it so pretty!

1. The bleaching did not hurt even a bit for me!

2. They always discuss with me what I want before doing it and it always turn out so amazing!!

3. Their service is by far the best amongst the salons I've ever visited in my life!

Here's me, all excited to get my hair colored hehehe!

It was originally Brownish-Black!

Bleaching for the first round!

AND LOOK, WHAT'S ABOVE MY HEAD! O_O

HAHAHA, sorry. I was really amused by this new thing at Vellus!

It actually gives out slight heat and allows the process of bleaching/coloring to be faster!!

TEA SERVED!

I love how they always serve us tea when we're doing our hair.

It's like a simple yet super meticulous act!

And here's after 1st second round of bleaching + adding of some colors already!!

HAHAHA. 

I THINK I LOOK LIKE PRINCESS LEIA FROM STAR WARS

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL.

So anyway, they colored the top layer of my hair to a complete tone of Black so as to make the rainbow look more outstanding, comparatively to if it was Brown! 

AND HERE'S THE OUTCOME!

When i first saw the result after they blow dry my hair,

I FELL IN LOVE WITH IT IMMEDIATELY OMG.

THIS IS TOO NICE TOO NICE TOO NICE!!!

And look at how it looks like under sunlight and wind

CAN MY HAIR BE LIKE TUMBLR WORTHY ALREADY?? OMG.

I'd never have imagine myself having a rainbow colored hair ever in my life.

And better, this is not the mainstreamed rainbow hair you see on google images and etc.

It's like layered with black and the rainbow is like only visible at the bottom/side.

And it was exactly what I wanted!!

Because my hair grows at an extremely fast speed, and everytime I color light colors, 

my black roots would grow out really soon and it becomes really unsightly.

But for this, 

I WOULDN'T HAVE TO WORRY CAUSE THE BLACK LAYER IS COVERING OVER IT!!

So as you guys might've known from my recent pictures,

I DYED MY HAIR.

And usually when you dye your hair with bright colors, your hair usually "die".

But not with Vellus Hair Studio cause they're using a unique hair dye, Manic Panic!

It's really cool cause it has NO HARMFUL chemicals in it that'll damage your hair!

And it has so many colors to choose from, one colour of blue can have 4 shades!! Gosh.

The only cons for us asian is that we have to lighten our hair before we can get the actual effect of Manic Panic's hair dyes!

Really classy yet cosy interior!

AND THIS IS WHAT I LIKE BEST ABOUT VELLUS.

PRIVATE ROOMS

And technically, one stylist is assigned to you and will take care of all your needs during the visit.

You know why I like private rooms? 

Cause you can camwhore like no one's business and no one would stare at you!! Besides, you can doze off while waiting for your hair to be dyed/permed/receive treatment etc. How convenient!! Mega love!

Hehe, he was busy discussing with me which part of my hair should I dye!

But obviously I was camwhoring :x

Need to lighten my hair color first before I get my hair dye on!

While waiting~!!

I was really amazed at this, HAHAHA.

Easily amused you could say, but the chair could incline/etc.!

So it made dozing off really really tempting, esp when I was waiting for my hair to lighten!!

After one round of lightening.

Hair turned yellowish blonde!

Supposed to lighten another round but I was kind of rushing for time, so I made do. 

Applying on the blue dyes!

It's really cute cause it's like art and craft painting, hehe!

And in the midst of waiting, I got really hungry.

And the staff was REALLY KIND and offered me biscuits!

He even took a trolley-like-table-basket to put this to my convenience so that I don't have to reach to the table for it. Superb service!! (I always promote extra for good service!!)

AND FINALLY THE WAIT IS OVER,

TADA!

It turned out more greenish than blue because I didn't lighten my hair another round.

So the remains of the yellow I had in my hair made it green.

YELLOW + BLUE = GREEN
