To be honest, I've never heard of MAD before.
But before I enter the restaurant, I hear the other bloggers discussing amongst themselves how much they've heard about MAD, their pretty interior and the presentation of food.

And indeed, I was astounded by their overall presentation in every aspect.

Let the pictures do the talking!!

MAD is a 5-way collaboration between reputable successful stories in Singapore!
Naming; Dick Lee, Tunglok Group, Bar Stories!

And you can see that everything in this restaurant is super unique and classy!

Pretty and unique items imported overseas for purchase in the store.
This entrance area is like a "shopping" area for the diners!

Really interesting.

Heard from them that these items were imported overseas and HAND PICKED by Dick Lee himself!

I want a Wine Cellar like this in my future home too, haha!

Look at the pretty pink luxurious dining chairs!
Feels like a mini palace in here!

This is part of MAD too, down the stairs.
This section has been divided from the dining section as it's more for coffee/tea/breakfast.

Uber love this bar table concept.
The bartenders here really do interact with their customers, unlike most places.
And it's really enjoyable to be able to sit by the bar and chat with them.

And you got to see their masterpieces in the pictures to come!

Menu on the iPad, cool or what!

OK, here comes the masterpieces of the cocktails/drinks the bartenders made.

I'M SERIOUSLY UNAWARE OF WHAT IT CONSISTS OF BUT IT TASTES AMAZING.
Also, they do customise the drink according to what you like/dislike!
So you can almost say that every drink is different for different customers :)

Cool huh!

OK, PICTURES OF THE DRINKS.
I was literally blown away by how interesting and unique they presented it!

SEE HOW UNIQUE THE DESIGN IS, SERIOUSLY!

I KNOW, this looks like Matcha tea, HAHAHA.
But NO, it's not!!

That thing around the glass, it's ICE.
Gosh, super cool right!!

And now to dining.

See, we get to sit by the kitchen and see how the chefs prepare our food!
It was a really cool experience and fun, especially for people like me that loves to experiment cooking at home. Can kind of like "tou shi"!

Crispy Braised Kurobuta Pork Belly

This was something special!
The outer layer of the pork belly was crispy but when you bite on it,
it's actually really soft and chewy!

Seafood Flat Bread
Served with bacon, scallops, prawns.

This tasted quite similar to Takoyaki just that it ain't in ball shaped!

This chef was super funny and cute!!
Enjoyed talking to him!

Foie Gras & Wagyu Fried Rice.

Gosh, I LOVE THIS DISH.
This is the BEST fried rice I ever ate in 2* years of my life!
They left the best for the last!

The beef was nicely done and they made use of my favorite truffled oil to cook this!
IT WAS SO SAVOURING!
When I had my first bite, I was literally going: OH MY GOD.

MUST TRY!!
