Hong Kong 2013 Trip - Day 2

Finally managed to finish editing my Day 2 photos!
So yes, expect spamming of photos and FOOD/SCENERIES especially.
Won't be really typing captions unless required.

HERE GOES!

Camwhoring before setting off!

#OOTD

First station:
BREAKFAST.

THIS 3 CAME AS A SET.

One whole set.
Can you imagine how much the people there eat?
JUST FOR BREAKFAST?!!

Gosh.

Special Gatcha Machines!

These are NOT operated by coins.
You've to press the one you want and pay at the main Gatcha station!
(The one with the yellow box)
And it's only payable by their TAP cards.

SO NOT TOURISTS FRIENDLY.

Waiting for le BUS to another village!

Here comes the bus!

Finally we reached our destination after 30mins of bus ride!

TAI-O!

Cute but yet disgusting mementos.

Made of REAL pufferfishes but are dried/processed.

Famous shop for Prawn paste!!

Mark Lee was here too!

Super cute!!

This kind of freaked me out.
Not sure what this is for but..erp..

Salted egg in making.

YOU GUYS MUST REMEMBER THIS SHOP.

It's just a isolated corner and looks very ordinary, like a residential area.
BUT THEY SELL THE BEST TASTING THING, EVER.

THIS IS UNFORGETTABLY AWESOME.
Prolly the best thing I ate in HK.

It tastes a little like Singapore's AngKuKueh but not really like it.
It's so nice I regretted not buying more so badly until today!!

It has a salty taste yet..sweet.
I REALLY DON'T KNOW HOW TO DESCRIBE
but it was plain awesome.

If I ever go back to HK, I would definitely go back to get more!
(P.S.  It's most likely out of stock if you go late.)

IN CASE YOU MISS MY FACE, hahaha.

The legendary SHAO LIN school.

HK egg waffles!

Chose to try the Charcoal method over the normal electronic one.
And yes, there is a difference in taste.
It's more chewy than just pan-fried kind of taste.

HAPPY ME WITH FOOD IN MY HANDS.

NEXT STOP,
DIMSUM at OLYMPIC STATION's mall.

While waiting for le food to serve!

A different kind of..

PORK BUNS!! :D
(Cha Shao Bao)

Super nice!! It has a different texture from the normal ones.
MUST TRY IF YOU GO HK.

AND LASTLY,
Night Markets :)

"Ladies Street"
at Tung Choi Street
(Nearest subway station: Mongkok)

I LOVE THIS.
Not too sure what is this but it's really nice.
It tastes a little like curry but it ain't really spicy.

ICE CREAM

And some cute pets in a pet shop.

I swear 20% of the street are made of pet shops.
Pets are so pampered there!!

Rice Noodle Roll!
(Chee Cheong Fun)

Tastes different too!
They added this peanut-like sauce which made it super appetising but not too oily!

Traditional Candy with Coconut Wrap!

It's actually Dingding sweet and coconut flakes wrapped in Popiah skin!
NICE!! THE STREET FOOD THERE ARE ALL SO NICE.

Movie Advertisements!

And supper near my residential area!

This tasted a little too salty.

Residential area I lived in.

AND CAMWHORE PHOTOS BEFORE I END THIS POST.

CHAOS.
